Our process is designed to provide individuals with the supporting care they need to for growth and healing.
Throughout the three stages, we tailor our services to meet the needs of each individual and their family.

1. Assess
Our assessment gathers comprehensive information about the individual's needs, challenges, strengths, and goals. Various assessments may be utilized, including psychological evaluations, medical histories, and social assessments. The goal is to gain a holistic understanding of the child, adolescent, or young adult’s situation, considering their mental health, emotional well-being, behavioral patterns, and any relevant environmental factors. This stage involves interviews, observations, and collaboration with family members or caregivers to gather diverse perspectives. The assessment stage lays the foundation for creating tailored recommendations for their therapeutic needs.
-
2. Recommend
After the assessment phase, the second stage involves developing and recommending a suitable therapeutic residential placement. Factors such as the child, adolescent, or young adult’s age, diagnosis (if applicable), treatment history, and family circumstances are carefully considered in this stage. Recommendations are presented to the parents and caregivers. If the client is a young adult, they are an active participant, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making regarding the next steps in their treatment journey.
-
3. Monitor
Once the therapeutic residential placement is initiated, the third stage involves ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the individual's progress. This stage is crucial for ensuring that the chosen placement is effective in meeting the individual's therapeutic goals and addressing their needs. Monitoring may include regular check-ins with the residential facility staff, reviewing progress reports, and conducting periodic assessments to track changes and adjustments in the treatment plan. Communication between the residential facility, the child, adolescent, or young adult, their family, and the referring professionals remains essential throughout this stage. If necessary, modifications to the treatment plan or placement may be made based on the monitoring outcomes, with the overarching goal of supporting the individual's well-being and development.
